Frank Lucas, a standout amongst America’s most notorious drug kingpins, kicked the bucket Thursday night … TMZ has affirmed.

Frank, broadly played by Denzel Washington in the 2007 film “American Gangster,” passed on in New Jersey, as indicated by his sibling. He was being transported to a medical clinic for an obscure medical problem and kicked the bucket in transit.

Lucas rose to power managing heroin in Harlem during the 1960s and ’70s, and he bragged removing middlemen by purchasing his item legitimately from Southeast Asia, at that point sneaking the medications back to America utilizing the caskets of dead U.S. servicemen.
